Secure and Safe Shopping

Your safe and secure shopping experience is important to us. Your credit card transactions with us are 100% safe as our secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase.


We do not offer direct exchanges. We ask customers to place a new order and then return the unwanted items. Please see below.

Returns & Refunds

Stay Calm LLC and Oscar Martinez merchandise can be returned under the following stipulations:
1. In order to receive a full refund, you must return the unwanted merchandise within 24 hours of receiving.
2. All return merchandise must be unopened in its original packaging.
3. Items that have been altered or washed cannot be returned.
4. Inspection of the returned items can take 5 – 10 business days.
5. Combining your shipping time, inspection time, and your bank’s credit processing time it could take 7-21 days to have your refund issued.
6. You must return the items at your own expense.
7. A 10% restocking fee will be charged
8. Shipping fees are not refundable

Major Defects

All products are “First Quality” and sold as free of major defects. If there is a major defect with any of your items, contact Stay Calm LLC within 72 hours of receiving your order. Defective items would be replaced using the same shipping service chosen during checkout.

Cancellations & Changes

Due to our fast shipping, we can’t cancel or change an order once it is placed. Please contact our staff for help.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is not delivered by UPS, FedEx, or USPS and returned to our warehouse, the Returns & Refunds policy is in effect.

Estimated Delivery Dates

Delivery dates provided in your cart and checkout are estimated. All orders ship with Ground service and are not guaranteed. All orders are charged a shipping cost (if any) based on order total. Stay Calm LLC, Oscar Martinez nor our affiliates and or associates do not provide compensation as a guarantee was not offered.
Replacement items cannot be exchanged or returned.
